This song was written by my daughter Riley as I prepared to leave for Maine to attend services for my close friend and business partner Joe, who took his life on Feb 15. Joe visited our home in GA many times, and Riley and Joe spent hours in our music room, singing and playing on our baby grand piano. Joe's loss touched Riley's heart and writing a song was a way for her to let out some of her emotions. I did not get to hear it until after I returned from Joe's services. Riley believes that all the wonderful things that have happened to her cannot be just some random set of events that just happened to line up. She makes reference on her Facebook page to the idea that she is getting help from some friends and family who are helping line some things up for her.
